Trace Your Ancestry
Tracing Ancestry provides benefits in many population genetics applications e.g. population-specific disease studies, forensics and plant and animal conservatory. The important task of genetics traceability is to elucidate the genetic make-up of an unknown sample based on the genetic contribution from its true ancestries. To do this, the National Biobank of Thailand (NBT) has developed a system, Trace Your Ancestry, to automatically perform the array of analyses. Our system includes a database of single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNP) of reference world populations for more than ten thousands of individuals
